- PI-21 provides public and tailored on-site training from the practitioner to the executive levels. Our training includes courses, seminars, and workshops covering a variety of material including SEI’s Introduction to CMMI, as well as model overviews, appraisals, cost / benefit analysis, approaches to process improvement, and process development through our process workshops.
