SCAMPISM C

The SCAMPI C will help your organization prepare for a CMMI® appraisal.  We use our experience to pinpoint the things you can do to greatly improve your appraisal score.  

 In one to three days we review:

  • Organizational Documents;
  • Project Documents;
  • Process Asset Libraries; and
  • Process databases.

The SCAMPI C is tailored to fit your organization, addressing areas of specific concern for your organization and helping you identify any additional risk areas.  The results of the SCAMPI C are documented in our appraisal tool and reports are provided to you along with recommendations for improvements.
