Ms.
Barbara
Hilden, Executive Consultant, brings a wealth of knowledge
and expertise to every engagement. With her love of numbers and
quantitative analysis, she is mainly focused on our more mature
clients. Although her experience in working with companies just
starting their process improvement journey allows her to
effectively help our beginning clients. She is often
complimented on her passion for process improvement and making
it real, not academic. |

Ms.
Lyn Dellinger, Senior Consultant, enjoys working with our smaller clients who
challenge her to help make the processes effective yet easy to
implement. Having been an authorized Software Capability
Evaluator (SCE), she brings experience and lessons learned to
her consulting engagements as well as her SCAMPI team member
activities. She is often complimented on her creative ways of
making processes less painful to implement. |

Cortada, Senior Consultant, works mostly with our South
American clients, but as he is fluent in English often assists
our North American clients as well. He brings vast amounts of
