Ms. Barbara Hilden, Executive Consultant, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every engagement.  With her love of numbers and quantitative analysis, she is mainly focused on our more mature clients.  Although her experience in working with companies just starting their process improvement journey allows her to effectively help our beginning clients.  She is often complimented on her passion for process improvement and making it real, not academic.
Mr. Mark Hilden, Executive Consultant, coming from the private sector, he brings a knowledge base focused on "doing it right the first time".  He is more focused on our clients just beginning or proceeding to a more proactive approach to their work, although he does assist with the more mature clients.  He is often complimented on his "no nonsense" attitude to get the job done.
Ms. Lyn Dellinger, Senior Consultant, enjoys working with our smaller clients who challenge her to help make the processes effective yet easy to implement.  Having been an authorized Software Capability Evaluator (SCE), she brings experience and lessons learned to her consulting engagements as well as her SCAMPI team member activities.  She is often complimented on her creative ways of making processes less painful to implement.
Mr. Antonio Cortada, Senior Consultant, works mostly with our South American clients, but as he is fluent in English often assists our North American clients as well.  He brings vast amounts of knowledge to his engagements and is often complimented on his desire to "find the correct answer no matter what".
Mr. Liang (Sam) Yao, Senior Consultant, works almost exclusively with our Asia clients.  He brings years of experience in implementing process improvement in various organizations around China.
Mr. Darin McMillen, Consultant, brings a fresh look to all his engagements.  He has a great deal of experience as a SCAMPI team member and often brings lessons learned to the clients he consults with.  He is often complimented on getting to the root of the problem quickly.
