Our Board of Directors

Ms. Barbara Hilden, Chairman of the Board, provides strategic direction for PI-21.  Her vision is to build a corporation which will focus on helping businesses improve the way they work, not just comply with some model.
  Ms. Shalyn McMillen, Board Secretary, is focused on the financial side of PI-21.  Her focus is to ensure internal activities get done while still maintaining a client focus -- and keeping the lights on.
