PI-21 collaborates with your organization to reengineer your business processes, and to provide the skills and expertise to compliment and support your process improvement staff with the guidance and monitoring necessary to enable successful implementation of your process improvement program.  This will allow your organization to maximize the benefits of your process improvement program while minimizing dependence on outside consultants.

We will assist you in building an integrated process improvement program.  We will provide model orientations and tools support for your organization, and work with you in selecting the optimum approach to process improvement depending on your business needs, areas of technology and your client base.

We will evaluate your organization and your existing processes using a compliance tool, and develop a tailored process improvement approach that fits your organization’s needs.  From those identified needs, we will work with you to prioritize the improvements that will provide the maximum payback in the shortest period of time, without losing sight of the long-range process improvement goals. From these prioritized actions, we will assist you in developing your Process Improvement Plan (PIP).

We will assist you in setting up and training your process improvement organization, including your Engineering Process Group, Metrics Group, Training Group, and Quality Assurance Group.  We will work with these groups to analyze, design, review, and implement needed policies, standards, and procedures, and we will train and assist your staff in assessing progress against the PIP.  Through our Solutions Division, we will assist you in integrating process and project management tools to automate your processes to work within your organizational infrastructure.

We will set up a PI-21 SharePoint page for exclusive use by your organization to share information with your process improvement consultant to ensure timely virtual review of processes and collaboration in areas when and where you need us most.  This SharePoint page has limited access to just your organization and contains a repository of deliverable artifacts developed by your PI-21 consultants for use within your organization.  We track risks, issues, and action items relative to your process improvement effort on this site and provide regular status through this site.  Through this mechanism, we ensure your management is kept informed of progress at every step of the journey.  We also monitor internet chatting mechanisms such as MSN to provide real time answers to issues your organization is concerned about.
