Certified Trainers

Ms. Barbara Hilden, Certified CMMI and SEMA Instructor, engages students with real world experience either from her vast personal experience or experience from working with her clients.  She has taught over 50 courses to over 400 students.  She was the first to become authorized to publically teach the SEI's Improving Process Performance using Six Sigma (IPPSS) and Designing Product and Process using Six Sigma (DPPSS).  She also develops and teaches PI-21 courses such as the new Practical Performance Indicators.
Mr. Mark Hilden, Certified CMMI Instructor, recently certified to teach both the Introduction to CMMI-DEV course and the CMMI-SVC supplement.  He is the main instructor for our CMMI Tour of the Americas, coming July 2009.
Mr. Antonio Cortada, Certified CMMI Instructor, recently certified to teach the Introduction to CMMI-DEV.  He will be teaching mostly in and around South America.
Mr. Liang (Sam) Yao, Certified CMMI Instructor, teaches courses in and around Shanghai, China.
