Certified Appraisers

Ms. Barbara Hilden, Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser, with over 75 SCAMPIs under her belt and numerous other formal and informal appraisals.  She provides a well orchestrated appraisal for all levels and all sizes -- even when circumstances make it seem impossible to get a valid SCAMPI accomplished.
Mr. Mark Hilden, Certified Lead Appraiser, recently certified lead appraiser for both CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC.  His skills as an experienced facilitator allow teams to reach consensus quickly and easily.
Mr. Liang (Sam) Yao, Certified Lead Appraiser, with three years experience leading appraisals.  His flexibility allows the appraised organization to structure their appraisal to meet their needs.
