This three-day SEI Licensed course introduces participants to the newly released Capability Maturity Model^® Integration for Services (CMMI^®-SVC).  CMMI-SVC helps service providers improve their ability to deliver quality services to clients and end users.  CMMI-SVC builds on the fundamentals of process performance improvement as an integration of best practices and provides service unique best practices for the service oriented organization.  Our instructors all have real-world experience in using models to guide organizational process improvement efforts.  We bring those experiences to every course.  We teach through examples, lessons learned, and just “food for thought”.
