Performed by certified high maturity appraisal lead.  High maturity SCAMPIs can provide informal results (SCAMPI B/C or formal ratings (SCAMPI A).

SCAMPI A

Most formal SCAMPI and the only one to provide a rating performed by certified appraisal leads.

SCAMPI Readiness Review

Ensures both the appraisal team and organization are ready for the appraisal which minimizes impact and stress.

SCAMPI B

Provides detailed appraisal results with minimal corporate investment, no ratings are provided here. 

SCAMPI C

Provides the flexibility to review the whole organization at a high level or focus on problem areas.

Informal Gap Analysis
