To be the preferred provider of process improvement services, specializing in the small to large business environment.  We emphasize tailoring the processes and tools to fit the organization rather than tailoring the organization to fit the processes.

PI-21 is an SEI Partner for the delivery of SCAMPI^SM appraisal services, CMMI^® training and SEMA training.  Our staff consists of SEI certified High Maturity Lead Appraisers, SCAMPI Lead Appraisers and Instructors with practical knowledge and expertise in improving our clients' organizational performance by improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the processes by which they build product and offer services in the real world.  Our professionals have successfully implemented organizational performance improvement within global organizations as well as in small, privately owned organizations.  In so doing, we can also ensure that they are compliant with the CMMI, ITIL, FAA iCMM, and / or ISO 9000 depending on their organizational goals and needs.

Our services include customized process and procedure development, business process re-engineering, mentoring, team building, training, appraisals, and consulting services.  We work as transition partners with organizations focused on increasing their organizational performance by improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their processes to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and ultimately, their profitability.
